Job Type: Outside Sales Representative

 Pay – Full-time | Commission – No Experience: Expect $35,000 – $65,000 first year increasing to $75,000 – $110,000 second full year.

Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling will provide new Outside Sales Representatives with all training needed for you to be successful. The Outside Sales Representative will attend several meetings with the owner and customer before meeting the customers on your own.

Pay – Full-time | Commission – Experienced: Expect $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 first year. Salespersons that have been selling in this field for over 5 years – $150,000+.

Leads versus cold calling: Salespersons will be working off of 60% of leads generated by Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling and 40% will be door knocking due to storm damage. Since we do a lot of insurance restoration jobs, we get to sell roofs, gutters, and siding to people whose insurance is paying for it! So, you go out in the community and meet homeowners who have been affected by storm damage, you help them get what is owed to them, you get someone else to pay for it (insurance), you let them pick colors, and then you cash big checks!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Experience:

  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Roofing sales: 1 year (Preferred)

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will set up appointment times and meet at customers’ homes to solicit our service for replacement and installation of Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows and Decks
• Generate leads: Canvas/network with homeowners in storm-damaged areas
• Answer incoming leads provided by PDR
• Provide free damage inspections/assessments
• Report damage assessment findings to the homeowner
• Review PDR’s credentials with the homeowner
• Explain the agreement between PDR and homeowner
• Sign service agreement
• Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim
• Outside Sales Representative must explain the entire claims process
• Meet insurance adjuster to discuss the scope of damages
• Turn insurance approved construction projects into the PDR production department

This is a full-time In-Home Project Consultant position located in Elk River, MN, with both on and off-site responsibilities. The Exterior/Interior Project Consultant will be responsible for remodeling consultations, delivering compelling sales presentations, and providing expert consultation to clients.

In this role you will receive qualified preset appointments, a base salary, and commission percentage on each project sold. We are seeking a project consultant to join our sales team and contribute to our continued success.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven Track Record: A consistent history of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant results in a sales role.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of remodeling services and the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions to clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs and market conditions.
  • Exceptional Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven success in navigating complex deals, addressing client concerns, and securing agreements effectively.
  • Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the home remodeling industry and the local market dynamics.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A track record of effectively addressing client challenges, identifying root causes, and providing innovative and practical solutions.
  • Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience within the home remodeling industry is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000 Base Salary + Commission or Full Commission Offered.
Experienced Sales Reps can earn $100,000+ in their first year.
