Our designers, project managers, craftspeople, and support team work together to guide homeowners through every stage of the remodeling process. From kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling to basements, additions, and whole-home improvements, the goal of our home remodeling team is to create thoughtful spaces and a remodeling experience you can feel confident in.
Sean Peters
President
Sean Whitney Peters, President and Founder of Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling, brings 40 years of construction expertise to every client project. From his early days as a framing laborer to his current leadership, Sean’s work is defined by his faith-based values and a commitment to purpose-driven excellence.
Jesse Hawes
CEO
Jesse Hawes, CEO of PDR, brings three decades of experience in building, project management, and leadership. His building career has ranged from framing rollercoasters to custom home building. A dedicated leader both on and off the clock, Jesse has invested into the community as a Scout Leader and as a coach for Elk River wrestling, bringing that same spirit of mentorship and discipline to every project.
Blake Hosler
Sales Director
Blake Hosler, Sales Director at Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling, has 18 years of experience in the home improvement industry. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served post-9/11 and deployed to Iraq, he later spent a brief time in the music and film industry. Blake has lived in Minnesota since 2006 and is married with four dachshunds.

Designer
With 2+ decades of experience in residential and commercial design, great design begins with great conversation. Taking the time to truly listen to my clients, get to know their lifestyle & vision is key to build a functional and beautiful space that feels truly unique and tailored to each client.
In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and our two grown daughters, hitting the golf course, camping, baking, walking the dogs, and cheering on the Timberwolves.
Nataly Platz
Designer
I'm Nataly, I bring over a decade of experience guiding clients through interior transformations. Along with a bachelors in English and Communication, I create and translate complex design decisions into a clear, collaborative process.
Kurtis Pool
Operations Coordinator
I'm Kurtis Pool, from setting up appointments to collecting feedback, I love getting to talk to each and every one of our customers. I manage the experience of our customers, set up the right fit for each client with out team, and keep our office running like a well oiled machine. At home, our italian greyhound Maverick keeps me busy!
Brandon Whiting
Production Manager
My name is Brandon and since 2014, I have worked in production management within the construction industry overseeing projects, planning, and scheduling start to finish. Having begun in carpentry, I carry both field experience and project management to my role and enjoy coordinating, solving problems if they come up, and working with homeowners, subcontractors, and the team to keep projects moving forward and deliver a quality finished product.
Brendon Carlson
Production Manager
I am Brendon Carlson, I oversee every project from start to finish with a focus on quality and communication. I'm from Isanti and graduated from the U of M Mankato. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, cooking, and gaming, or spending time with my wife, our family, and our pit bull, Luna.
John Knox
Project Coordinator
Hi, I'm John, the onsite supervisor for PDR. I have decades of experience in construction. In every project safety is my number one priority, communication and craftsmanship right alongside it. I treat every project as if it were in my own home and expect the best from all of our installers.
