President
Sean Whitney Peters, President and Founder of Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling, brings 40 years of construction expertise to every client project. From his early days as a framing laborer to his current leadership, Sean’s work is defined by his faith-based values and a commitment to purpose-driven excellence.
Jesse Hawes
CEO
Jesse Hawes, CEO of PDR, brings three decades of experience in building, project management, and leadership. His building career has ranged from framing rollercoasters to custom home building. A dedicated leader both on and off the clock, Jesse has invested into the community as a Scout Leader and as a coach for Elk River wrestling, bringing that same spirit of mentorship and discipline to every project.
Blake Hosler
Sales Director
Blake Hosler, Sales Director at Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling, has 17 years of experience in the home improvement industry. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served post-9/11 and deployed to Iraq, he later spent a brief time in the music and film industry. Blake has lived in Minnesota since 2006 and is married with four dachshunds.

Nataly Platz
Project Consultant
I'm Nataly, I bring over a decade of experience guiding clients through interior transformations. Along with a bachelors in English and Communication, I create and translate complex design decisions into a clear, collaborative process.

I am Faith, I've spent the last decade in residential sales and service with a degree in Interior Design from Dunwoody. I am committed to lasting client relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy nature, 18th century cooking, and keeping up with my active family and old lady cat.

Hi, I'm Kyle. I grew up in Hopkins, and I played football at Mankato. I've been in the industry for over 5 years.
I love getting to know homeowners and helping them transform their homes. Seeing a project come together and the excitement it brings families is what I love most. God is good.

Operations Coordinator
I'm Kurtis Pool, from setting up appointments to collecting feedback, I love getting to talk to each and every one of our customers. At home, our italian greyhound Maverick keeps me busy!

I am Brendon Carlson, I oversee every project from start to finish with a focus on quality and communication. I'm from Isanti and graduated from the U of M Mankato. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, cooking, and gaming, or spending time with my wife, our family, and our pit bull, Luna.
John Knox
Project Coordinator
Hi, I'm John, the onsite supervisor for PDR. I have decades of experience in construction. In every project safety is my number one concern, with communication and craftsmanship coming in close after.
Jackson Ebner
Project Assistant
I am Jackson, I'm actively learning the trades while pursuing a degree in Construction Management. I assists with deliveries, check in on active projects, and assist in building and finish work.
