So far we have had our original meet and consultation with Nick Olsen, and one of their designers, Beth, has come to our house to start the design process. The initial consultation was great, and Nick took so much time and effort to go through everything with us, answer all of our questions, And provide a lot of detail! Beth came to our house one evening to start the design process and get measurements. She was very kind and knowledgeable and both of them have been very customer service and customer experience motivated. So far so good and will give another final review once service is complete!

I had the misfortune of a tree limb landing on my roof. I called a few contractors to get an understanding of the cost and insurance options. Immediately PDR stood out when Brad and Drew showed up. Drew cleared some brush so we could see the roof better. This helped the insurance adjuster evaluate the damage and authorize the roof replacement. We did have a couple of bumps along the way picking the roof colors. However, in the end the job was done well. They even scheduled the work to be done when I was out of town! I would recommend them to everyone!
